RULES OF BEHAVIOR FOR USE OF LIBRARY FACILITIES POLICY
POLICY
The Moffat Library of Washingtonville seeks to:
Unruly Behavior: When the behavior of a patron constitutes a disruption which interferes with the use of the library by other patrons or when a patron’s behavior constitutes a disruption which interferes with a staff member’s completion of his/her duties, the following steps will be taken:
Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior of their children in the library. The library is a controlled environment and is not equipped for child care. In order to provide for the general welfare of all persons using the library, and in order to provide for the general safety of children using the library, children should be attended and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
