To obtain a Moffat Library card you must be a resident of the Washingtonville Central School District. A photo ID and proof of current address must be presented.

Children who are at least 6 years of age are eligible for a library card. A parent/guardian’s signature with proof of identification, or a Moffat Library card, is accepted for children between the ages of 6 and 18.

Parents/guardians are responsible for all items checked out on their children’s cards.
