Reserve requests will be accepted for all materials. (See Reserve Policy) The library staff reserves that right to limit the number of items a patron may borrow on a particular subject. Library materials not available in our collection may be requested through interlibrary loan. These materials will be subject to the circulation policy of the lending library. Patrons must have their library card in order to borrow materials. Patrons who have overdue
or lost library materials or owe fines are subject to the following as established
by the Directors Association of the Ramapo Catskill Library System:
Reserve requests will be accepted for all materials. When the material requested becomes available, patrons will be notified by phone or mail. Express books and reference materials will be held for up to 48 hours. If a patron reserves an Express Book and fails to pick it up within 48 hours, the patrons name will be dropped from the reserve list and the next person on the list will be notified, or the material will be returned to the shelf or to the lending library. Other reserves will be held for up to one week. The length of loan and overdue fines for reserve books follow the lending library's loan policy. Adopted
