Welcome to our small - but growing - collection of creative expression from area teens who refuse to forfeit any of themselves to be like others! We're always looking for thoughts and art from other intelligent young adults. We would be happy to have your poetry ("Poetry is the opening and closing of a door, leaving those who look through to guess about what is seen during a moment." -Carl Sandburg) or creative writing ("When I was a little boy, they called me a liar, but now that I am grown up, they call me a writer."-Isaac Bashevis Singer) - as long as your specific brand of magic passes the all powerful editor's approval.

So sit back, relax and prepare for a wonderful few minutes during which you can escape from your dull and dreary reality ("Reality Bites" - 1990's movie). And when you're done, and feel inspired to write or draw (which you will) send me (your favorite local editor) YOUR original expressions at moffattab@rcls.org

If you're looking to improve your writing, you might want to check out some books on the subject in the Moffat Library Catalog.
